Do you send samples?

Yes , BinAuf Industries love to send the samples to their customers so that they can check the quality and services before placing the final order.

Please note that the samples are charged at first but you will get pay back in your first order. Normally we send the samples by DHL or FedEx.

Do you provide door delivery?

Yes, we also provide the door delivery service.

Is there any minimum order quantity for placing orders with BinAuf Industries ?

Yes , the minimum quantity for order is 50 pieces. The quantity may vary from product to product.

What is the complete process from placing orders to delivery?

Send us your complete order details along with your delivery address and we will send you the complete quotation.

Send us the agreed advance payment and confirm this by sending the bank transfer proof.

After confirmation from our bank we will start the production of your order.

The normal production time for an order will be completed in 15-30 working days depending on your order details.

The updated invoice will be sent after shipping.

Please note that we will only provide the original documents after receiving the agreed remaining payment.
